Describe:  Job Description 1. Participate in establishing the research framework and plan for CAFI; 2. Responsible for writing proposals related to the research area in-charge. 3. Responsible for implementing research projects of the area in-charge, including survey, data collection and analysis, report writing and dissemination and others. 4. Manage the research projects in the case of cooperation with other institutes, including schedule and quality control, evaluation and other activities. 5. Update CAFI with the latest development in the flied in-charge such as research, industry, policy, and legislation in the form of news letter. 6. Participate in knowledge building and sharing among CAFI Staff. 7. Complete ad hoc tasks and project assigned by CAFI. Requirement: 1. With passion and commitment to the development of financial inclusion. 2. PhD in Economics, Finance, Social Science, Statistics, and other related areas. Oversea education or research background is an advantage. 3. Solid knowledge about Economics, Finance or Policy. Good understanding to Digital Finance, Financial Inclusion Indicator and Monitoring, financial Policy and Regulation, Rural Finance, SME Finance, and Policy and Regulation of Financial Inclusion are required respectively for the position applied. 4. Strong analysis and report writing capability. Good skill and knowledge at quantitative research methodology such as Econometrics and Statistics. 5. Excellent experience in project plan,organization and quality control, and be capable of conducting research independently. 6. Good communication and team work skills 7. Excellent research paper writing, speaking and reading skill in both Chinese and English is required; 8. Good at one of the data analysis software such as SAS, Stata, SPSS, R or Eview. Application
