Compensation packages:

1. Tenured Full Professor
- Annual pre-tax salary: RMB 930,000 (or US$130,000+)
- Doctoral supervision eligibility
- Research performance bonuses + high-level academic achievement awards
- Relocation support: RMB 2-3 million (allowance or subsidized housing)
- Additional national/local government support
- Research start-up funding:RMB300,000(or US$40,000+)

2. Tenured Associate Professor
- Annual pre-tax salary: RMB870,000 (or US$120,000+)
- Doctoral supervision eligibility
- Research performance bonuses + high-level academic achievement awards
- Relocation support: RMB 1.2-2 million (allowance or subsidized housing)
- Eligible for national/local government support
- Research start-up funding: RMB300,000(or US$40,000+)
 
3. Tenure-track Associate Professor (without tenure) 
- Annual pre-tax salary: RMB 800,000 (or US$110,000+)
- Doctoral supervision eligibility + concurrent title of Researcher
- Research performance bonuses + high-level academic achievement awards
- Research Start-up funding: RMB200,000(or US$28,500+)

4. Tenure-track Assistant Professor
- Annual pre-tax salary: RMB 700,000 (or US$100,000+)
- Doctoral supervision eligibility + concurrent title of Associate Researcher
- Research performance bonuses + high-level academic achievement awards
- Research start-up funding: RMB 200,000(or US$28,500+)

*Note: US dollar equivalents are calculated based on an approximate exchange rate of USD 1 = RMB 7.

For Associate Professor or Professor level: applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent teaching and research records.
For Assistant Professor: applicants should be able to demonstrate strong potential for research and teaching.
