Abstract: 科技支撑不够是草地退化的重要原因之一。通过对川西北牧区草地退化的分析，从科技角度出发诊断了草地退化的原因，并探讨了促进草地利用可持续发展的有效路径。分析结果表明，草地退化原因包括草畜矛盾突出、草地建设投入不足、牧民素质不高、科技推广不够、能源消费等；应通过加强草地保护建设、发展现代畜牧业、培养新型牧民、普及推广科技、推广新型能源等途径实现草地可持续利用。在此基础上，提出了相关政策建议。[more]
