Abstract:  It is to brought great chances and great challenges that China has entered the WTO and been developed the western region.Through the analyses of the comparative advantages for industrial development in western China,it makes a basis for playing advantage in the adjustment of industrial structure.The comparative advantages of regional industry development in this region mainly involved in the development of the natural resources endowment.In the development of the market economy and expanding opening-up,to give full play to the comparative advantages of western region,it need to analyse the market conditions,system conditions and technology conditions of western industrial development,in order to form the correct adjustment of industrial structure.
